To Whom it may concern;
I wanted to bring to your attention the exceptional service my family and I experienced at your dealership. On October 18, 2007, we were on our way back to Edmonton when the belt on our Dodge Caravan began to break. I managed to limp the vehicle into your service area. Your staff were excellent and were able to squeeze us in to (I'm sure) a very busy schedule and had the belt replaced in less than an hour. The cost was about $100, and honestly I would have paid three times that to get back on the road. I am not impressed easily, and rarely take the time to write these types of letters, but I was tremendously happy with the service we received.
